What items are returnable?
You can return for refund items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- The items must be in original NEW condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- Personalized, custom or special ordered items may not be returned.
Are there any charges for returns?
- There are no charges for returns or exchanges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping, we advise the cheapest USPS shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
- Exchanges are usually sent within 2 business days of receiving.
